Returns Policy
First things first, an email should be sent to returns@mynubah.com within 12 hours of receipt notifying the reason for return. Keep in mind NUBAH does not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Returns times depends on your delivery zone.
Are you in Dominican Republic?
NUBAH will accept items for a full refund within 24 hours of receipt in Santo Domingo, Santiago, Punta Cana or La Romana regions. Returns can take up to 24 hours after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns on damaged goods that do not pass the process of inspection once received in the warehouse.

Damaged Items?
In the rare case this happens, Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service (returns@mynubah.com) within 6 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days for items in stock, for pre-order items check the dispatch dates on the individual product description. Once processed you will receive an email with all shipping and tracking information.

Shipping will be complimentary on orders of +US$200
Otherwise, there is a flat delivery rate of US$5
International Shipping NUBAH will offer complimentary shipping on orders of +US$500
