Our Tullia Dress is a new staple in 100% cotton with contrast schiffli embroidery, placed eyelet details and scalloped trim. This minidress has a circle neck, mother-of-pearl button and loops down center front, blouson sleeves with cuffs and ruffles that taper from the shoulders down the princess seams. The body is slim with a flight flare at bottom.
