WE SHIP GLOBALLY
All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours.
After placing your order, we will send the package from either our Dominican Republic or US warehouse as soon as possible depending on the availability of the item(s). We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the order page.
For orders shipped from our Dominican Republic warehouse, the overall delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days via DHL. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.
Customs duty and VAT:
When a shipment arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
All items marked FINAL SALE or on any form of sale are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.
In the rare case this happens, Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service (email@example.com) within 6 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
