Our iconic Popover Dress is reimagined in a custom hand-painted ditsy floral print. The open neckline framed by dangling ties slips on or off the shoulder at will. Raw-edged, shirred, encased elastic detailing at the neck is mirrored at the waist above a miniskirt with two flounces.
