Meet our Novalie Dress in 100% cotton with contrast schiffli embroidery, inset lace panels and a hand-painted custom rose print. This day-to-night frock has a subtle scoop neck, intricate side panels and mutton elbow sleeves with scalloped trim. Below an elastic waist, the a-line miniskirt flares to a lace and bobble trim.
